Just a few things I noticed;

- 4 corner judges and one center referee. 副審判4人および主審1人
- Referee stops match only when at least two corner referee's hold out flags.
審判が試合を中断するには、少なくとも副審2人の旗が上がってから。 - Point calls go from ippon, nihon and sanbon to match Japan's use of yuko (1 point), waza-ri (2 points) and ippon (3 points). 得点の際、主審は有効(1)、技有り(2)、一本(3)と、日本国内と同じように呼びます。今までのようにイッポン、ニホン、サンボンとは言わない。
- No sai shiai - if a match ends in a tie, the officials will decide by a show of flags (hantei). 再試合はなし。同点で試合が終了した場合は、審判たちが判定をする。
- No points awarded to the opponent after an athlete receives certain penalty. ペナルティを受けた後、相手に得点が入ることはない。
- Both athletes can score with simultaneous attacks (aiuchi). 相撃ちの場合、両者に得点が入ることもある。
- No personal names or labels on any uniforms or belts. 胴着や帯に個人名やラベルなどを記すことを禁ずる。
実際に新しいルールが適用された試合を見る中で、より良く内容を理解できると思います。
「有効、技あり、一本」が採用されたのは良かったと思います。
理論上、100%以上になるものはないわけですから。
