On Sunday, there was the Nihon Sport's Masters selection tournament for the Tokyo team.
Annnnd, I won the men's 40-44yrs kumite division!
It's been 4 years since I have competed so I was a little worried if I was able to do anything, but it worked out ok.
The Tokyo Masters Team will compete in the July Kanto Regional Masters and the September All-Japan Masters.

4年ぶりの大会出場で、体力が持つか心配でしたが、これからも頑張ります。
