The Paris Open was the first tournament in the new WKF Karate1 Premier League.　Athletes are supposed to win money for their winnings.

Of the 10 Karate1 tournaments a year, I've heard rumors one will be in Japan. Since Japan has no international open event like the Paris Open, does this mean someone in Japan will create a new international open tournament here?
ＷＫＦ空手１が毎年１０回大会を開催すると聞きましたが、そのうち１回を日本でやるという噂を聞きました。日本では国際オープン大会がないですから、だれかが新しい国際オープン大会を始めるということでしょうか？
