Mr. Robert Whiting ホワイティング・ロバート氏

As part of my research for my global studies master's thesis project, famed journalist and author Robert Whiting kindly agreed to be interviewing by me this month. From the very agreeable location of the Foreign Correspondent's Club of Japan, a few hours was spent talking of sports, martial arts, journalist integrity and up-coming projects, plus a few great stories of past intrigues, which was not just enjoyable, but quite worthwhile for my research.

グローバル・スタディーズの修士論文のリサーチの一環として、今月、著名なジャーナリストで作家でもあるホワイティング・ロバート氏にインタビューをさせていただきました。日本外国特派員協会でスポーツ、武道、ジャーナリストの誠意、そして間もなく始まるプロジェクトについて数時間話をし、過去の面白い陰謀話も聞けました！ただ楽しかっただけではなく、修士論文にはとても価値のあるお話でした。

While all of Mr. Whiting's work is impressive, Tokyo Underworld and You Gotta Have Wa have been favorites on my shelf so far.
